Ear Candling 

 

Thermo Auricular Therapy (commonly referred to as Hopi Ear Candling) is a holistic treatment which relaxes, and sooth away every day stresses, and helps with a range of ear, nose and throat problems. 

 

Linen is soaked with honey, beeswax and essential oils and then wound tightly to create tubes (candles) for this treatment. When these are lit and placed in the outer ear, they create a slow gentle heat, which creates a light suction effect, and very gently vibrate to stimulate the ear and gently raise impurities to the surface. 

 

The treatment also includes pressure point work over the face and a gentle facial massage.
