What is Aromatherapy? 
 
Aromatherapy is the use of highly concentrated oils extracted from plants to work with the body and mind to promote health and wellbeing. It works with the body’s natural abilities to heal and maintain health. 
Aromatherapy can have a profound effect on the body, particularly as the sense of smell can trigger so many emotions and memories and may be beneficial in the management of stress, and client’s ability to relax and sleep.
